Cancellation & Refund Policy:
At Disruptors of tomorrow hub spaces & suites LLP (Dot Cowork), we strive to provide a transparent and fair cancellation and refund process for our members. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Membership Cancellations
• Monthly memberships can be canceled with a 7-day notice before the renewal date.
• No refunds will be provided for mid-month cancellations, but access remains valid until the end of the billing cycle.
2. Meeting Room & Event Space Bookings
• Cancellations 48 hours before the booking date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• The refund will be credited via the original payment method used during booking.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
• One-time registration or setup fees are non-refundable.
• Any services already availed, including day passes or ad-hoc services, are non-refundable.
