Cancellation & Refund Policy:

At Disruptors of tomorrow hub spaces & suites LLP (Dot Cowork), we strive to provide a transparent and fair cancellation and refund process for our members. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Membership Cancellations

•⁠ ⁠Monthly memberships can be canceled with a 7-day notice before the renewal date.

•⁠ ⁠No refunds will be provided for mid-month cancellations, but access remains valid until the end of the billing cycle.

2. Meeting Room & Event Space Bookings

•⁠ ⁠Cancellations 48 hours before the booking date are eligible for a full refund.

•⁠ ⁠Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

•⁠ ⁠Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

•⁠ ⁠The refund will be credited via the original payment method used during booking.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

•⁠ ⁠One-time registration or setup fees are non-refundable.

•⁠ ⁠Any services already availed, including day passes or ad-hoc services, are non-refundable.
