1. Membership & Access

• Membership plans grant access to Dot Cowork facilities based on the selected package.
• Members must check in upon arrival and adhere to workspace guidelines.
• Dot Cowork reserves the right to modify access hours and services as needed.

2. Payments & Billing

• All membership fees, deposits, and service charges must be paid in advance.
• Late payments may result in suspension of access or late fees.
• Any additional services, such as meeting rooms or printing, will be charged separately.

3. Workspace Conduct

• Members must respect the shared space and maintain a professional environment.
• Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruption may result in termination of membership.
• Guests are allowed only with prior approval and must adhere to community guidelines.

4. Security & Liability

• Dot Cowork is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
• Members must use workspace facilities responsibly and report any issues immediately.
• Any damage caused to Dot Cowork property by a member will be charged to them.

5. Termination & Amendments

• Membership can be terminated by either party with prior notice as per the contract.
• Dot Cowork reserves the right to update these terms and notify members accordingly.
