1. Membership & Access
- Membership plans grant access to Dot Cowork facilities based on the selected package.
- Members must check in upon arrival and adhere to workspace guidelines.
- Dot Cowork reserves the right to modify access hours and services as needed.
2. Payments & Billing
- All membership fees, deposits, and service charges must be paid in advance.
- Late payments may result in suspension of access or late fees.
- Any additional services, such as meeting rooms or printing, will be charged separately.
3. Workspace Conduct
- Members must respect the shared space and maintain a professional environment.
- Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruption may result in termination of membership.
- Guests are allowed only with prior approval and must adhere to community guidelines.
4. Security & Liability
- Dot Cowork is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
- Members must use workspace facilities responsibly and report any issues immediately.
- Any damage caused to Dot Cowork property by a member will be charged to them.
5. Termination & Amendments
- Membership can be terminated by either party with prior notice as per the contract.
- Dot Cowork reserves the right to update these terms and notify members accordingly.
