Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Disruptors of Tomorrow Hub Spaces & Suites LLP (Dot Cowork), we strive to provide a transparent and fair cancellation and refund process for our members. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Membership Cancellations
- Monthly memberships can be canceled with a 7-day notice before the renewal date.
- No refunds will be provided for mid-month cancellations, but access remains valid until the end of the billing cycle.
2. Meeting Room & Event Space Bookings
- Cancellations 48 hours before the booking date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
- One-time registration or setup fees are non-refundable.
- Any services already availed, including day passes or ad-hoc services, are non-refundable.
